Do you ever get that feeling, somewhere in the early afternoon on a Sunday, the feeling that you have responsibilities to attend to tomorrow? Yes I hate it too, so instead of just waisting the day away on the couch playing old PlayStation 2 games I went for a nice stroll trough a nearby forest with my boyfriend. The walk started off quite rainy but by the end the sun came out. It’s such a nice way to clear your mind and distract it for the troubles of tomorrow. And it’s also quite good for your body!
When I was younger we always went hiking in the mountains. It was so much fun even at a young age. We got to explore different paths, went trough meadows, over creeks, it was just like an adventure movie back then. Every time I go hiking or take a little walk I think back at that time, it was the best! I need to get back into the mountains soon. What do you do to relax on a sunday?
